The website presents the company’s experience, services and projects and provides a way to make professional enquiries. References to work before Ocean Wave was founded describe Jordi González’s personal career.

Privacy policy
Controller and data collected
The controller is Ocean Wave Sports Marketing, S. L., whose contact and registered address appear above. If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message. The server may log technical data needed for security and operation.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or manage a professional relationship you request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Recipients and retention
The form transmits your enquiry to the oceanwaves.es WordPress installation, which uses Contact Form 7. Hosting and email service providers may process the data to deliver those services. We do not sell the information or share it with third parties for advertising. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and afterwards for the periods required to address potential legal claims. If a contract follows, its applicable legal retention periods also apply.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing hello@oceanwaves.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not use contact form data for automated decisions.
